Richard “Dick” Wayne King, 73 years old, passed away surrounded by his loved ones at his home in Rockville, IN on Saturday May 22, 2010 following a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Bonnie, and their three daughters, Jeanie Tupper of Albany, GA; Jill Bowling of Crawfordsville, IN; and Lora Phipps of Terre Haute, IN. He is also survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters, 8 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Rick, his parents John and Marie King, and older sister, Jackie. Dick loved playing the guitar and singing country music and enjoyed being a member of the White Horse Band. Services will be held at the Marshall Federated Church in Marshall, Indiana on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends welcome.
